If you are interested in returning an unopened Vita Parfum, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and referencing your order number.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return shipment for eligible products is received, we will examine the package prior to determining if a refund is possible. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. If in resealable condition, refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card.
