Our brains enjoy goal-setting, especially when we can cross them off a list. To-do lists on a daily basis can be our best friends. But are those objectives realistic? A task list is fine, but setting goals for our careers (and life satisfaction) is even better.
Real goals can provide direction and meaning to an otherwise meaningless task list. Furthermore, daily goals assist us in prioritizing what is important.
